Rolita, born in Saint Vincent & the Grenadines in the Caribbean, moved to Guyana, her parents' birth country, at an early age. It was in Guyana that her love for jewellery began, spending many afternoons in her uncles' jewellery workshop watching them hone their craft. She later gained her Economics degree at McMaster University in Canada. After graduating, she moved to Europe and lived and worked in several countries before returning to Canada, where she now resides. Rolita currently works in management and balances work with her passion for creating jewellery.

Founded by Rolita, a jewellery lover with roots in Saint Vincent & the Grenadines and Guyana, Ro & Co was born out of memory, movement, and a lifelong love of craft. She spent her early years in Guyana watching her uncles transform raw metal into heirlooms - afternoons filled with fire, precision, and quiet magic. That’s where her spark began.
After earning her degree in Economics in Canada, Rolita lived and worked across Europe - soaking up the beauty of architecture, design, and restraint. Now back in Canada, she blends her full-time work in Finance & Strategic Operations with her passion for crafting meaningful, wearable art through Ro & Co.
This is not a side hustle - it’s a creative practice, driven by a deep respect for beauty, detail, and intention.
